Fortunately, since we live on the IA/IL border, I was able to locate several bottles in IL, but only purchased ONE since I didn't want to be greedy! Then a few days before Christmas, my husband got a message that his Templeton Rye was in!! I was not happy that my surprise was foiled, but he made the purchase, so now we have extra to share! I think 2 fingers of that rye every night will keep me alive and prevent my wife from collecting on those insurance policies! If I wasn't at home, I was out on the farm of Gin and Clipper Knobbee. I had heard of Templeton Rye, but until now didn't know it was available retail. I am awaiting a bottle of the "good stuff" to be shipped from my mother in Minnesota. Brings back a lot of good memories seeing the photos of the staff...Merlyn, Pat, and Gin.
