We’ll tell anyone who will listen that it’s the people who make The Good Stuff great. Dori Rotert is living proof of that. She’s a ten-year veteran of Templeton Rye, who has been a part of the team since the beginning.

A citizen of neighboring Manning, Iowa, Dori first heard about the whiskey renaissance going on in Templeton from Templeton Rye Co-Founder Keith Kerkhoff. Keith approached her when she was working at the local grocery store and described his vision for Templeton Rye. He was determined to bring The Good Stuff back to life and he wanted her to be a part of the team. Needless to say, she said yes.

In the decade since, Dori has been involved in nearly every step of the bottling process. From bottle inspections to labeling and packaging she has done it all. When asked why she loves working for Templeton Rye her answer is simple.

“It feels like family.”
