Remember the Maine
Recipe
2 oz. Templeton Rye
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
2 tsp. Cherry Heering
Rinse serving glass with Absinthe
Mixing Instructions
Combine all ingredients, including ice, in a mixing glass and stir until properly chilled and diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
