2 oz. Templeton Rye
1 oz. Rock candy syrup
Mixing Instructions
Make rock candy syrup by adding two parts sugar to one part water and bringing to a boil to dissolve. Combine all ingredients, including ice, in a mixing glass and stir until properly chilled and diluted. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with rock candy.
