Templeton Rye Peach Smash
Recipe
1½ oz. Templeton Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz. Orange Curacao
1/2 oz. Honey Syrup
1/8 oz. Lemon juice
1 Muddled fresh peach
2 dashes Peach bitters
Garnish slapped fresh thyme
Mixing Instructions
Muddle 3 slices of fresh peach in a mixing glass. Combine remaining ingredients, including ice, in a mixing glass and shake until properly chilled and diluted. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish slapped fresh thyme.
